تخمین مسیر رشد ترک در مواد سنگی تحت اثر بارگذاری مرکب I/II
چکیده
تخمین مسیر رشد ترک در تودههای سنگی، یکی از موضوعات مهم در بسیاری از پروژههای معدنی و عمرانی همانند شکست هیدرولیکی، حفاری معادن، ساختن تونل و غیره میباشد. تخمین مسیر رشد ترک عموماً از دو منظر مورد توجه قرار میگیرد: اولاً تخمین مسیر رشد ترک برای جلوگیری از پیشروی آن، و ثانیاً کنترل رشد ترک در راستای مطلوب برای سهولت در شکست تودههای سنگی. برای این منظور، باید روشی مناسب جهت تخمین هرچه دقیقتر مسیر رشد ترک ارائه نمود. هدف از این مقاله، بیان روشی ساده ولی با دقت مناسب برای تخمین مسیر رشد ترک در قطعات سنگی ترکدار تحت بارگذاری مرکب میباشد. روش پیشنهادی، یک روش گام به گام است که در هر مرحله زاویهی شروع شکست بر مبنای معیار بیشینه تنش محیطی با در نظر گرفتن اثرات جملات مرتبه بالاتر، محاسبه میشود. در انتها، روش پیشنهادی توسط نتایج آزمایشگاهی که در مقالات قبلی گزارش شده است، ارزیابی میگردد تا صحت و دقت آن بررسی شود. نتایج بررسیها نشان میدهد که چنانچه از سه جملهی بسط سری ویلیامز برای محاسبهی زاویه شروع شکست در هر مرحله استفاده شود، روش پیشنهادی میتواند با دقت خوبی مسیر رشد ترک قطعات سنگی را پیشبینی کند.مراجع
